4th SiTaSol Project Review Meeting - 13/14 December 2018

Another successful meeting was held shortly before the start of the Christmas Holidays. On this occasion, the venue was at Aixtron SE headquarters, in Herzogenrath near Aachen in Northern Germany. At the end of the first day of the project review meeting, the partners were given a guided tour of AIXTRON’s laboratory and were presented the recently installed MOVPE reactor.
