Si Bottom Solar Cell - Update June, 2018

In work package 3 different Silicon bottom solar cell concepts are currently investigated. One main focus is the implementation of novel rear side light trapping structures, including their integration in production processes. The focus is on photonic metal gratings and tailored diffusors. Additionally, the full Silicon bottom cell is optimized for the use in tandem devices.
